Each box includes one sandwich, served on Fred's panini bread, a side salad, a house made cookie and individually wrapped disposable cutlery. Multigrain bread available. Choose from:
1) Turkey and brie with arugula and mayo.
2) Roasted chicken with bacon, oven roasted tomatoes, greens and a dijon mayo.
3)Eggplant Caponata Sandwich with stewed eggplant (eggplant, cherry tomatoes, celery, carrots, capers, olives), feta goat cheese sundried tomato caper spread, pesto, and pickled fennel. (vegetarian)
4) Stewed Chickpea & Goat Cheese Wrap (VEG)- Veg Ragout (Chickpeas, Zucchini, Red Pepper, Carrots, Celery, Crushed Tomato, Curry Powder, Ground Cumin, Dried Oregano, Brown Sugar, S & P), Goat's Cheese, Baby Arugula, Tortilla.
5) Egg salad with arugula, S&P, served on multigrain sourdough bread.
6) Smoked ham, swiss cheese, dijon, butter, kosher dill pickle
