Each box includes one sandwich, served on Fred's panini bread, a side salad, a house made cookie and individually wrapped disposable cutlery. Multigrain bread available. Choose from:
1) Turkey and brie with arugula and mayo.
2) Roasted chicken with bacon, oven roasted tomatoes, greens and a dijon mayo.
3)Eggplant Caponata Sandwich with stewed eggplant (eggplant, cherry tomatoes, celery, carrots, capers, olives), feta goat cheese sundried tomato caper spread, pesto, and pickled fennel. (vegetarian)
4) Roast Beef Sandwich A hearty sandwich with layers of roast beef, caramelized onion, roasted mushrooms and gorgonzola, finished with a touch of horseradish mayo. Served with a side of mixed greens.
5) Stewed Chickpea & Goat Cheese Wrap (VEG)- Veg Ragout (Chickpeas, Zucchini, Red Pepper, Carrots, Celery, Crushed Tomato, Curry Powder, Ground Cumin, Dried Oregano, Brown Sugar, S & P), Goat's Cheese, Baby Arugula, Tortilla.
6) Egg salad with arugula, S&P, served on multigrain sourdough bread.
7) Smoked ham, swiss cheese, dijon, butter, kosher dill pickle
