Choose from:

2) Roasted chicken with bacon, oven roasted tomatoes, greens and a dijon mayo.
3) Eggplant Caponata Sandwich with stewed eggplant (eggplant, cherry tomatoes, celery, carrots, capers, olives), feta goat cheese sundried tomato caper spread, pesto, and pickled fennel. (vegetarian)
4) Stewed Chickpea & Goat Cheese Wrap (VEG)- Veg Ragout (Chickpeas, Zucchini, Red Pepper, Carrots, Celery, Crushed Tomato, Curry Powder, Ground Cumin, Dried Oregano, Brown Sugar, S & P), Goat's Cheese, Baby Arugula.
5) Egg salad with arugula.
6) Smoked ham, swiss cheese, dijon, butter, kosher dill pickle.
